Description
The Tele-Elmarit M 2,8/90mm belongs to the second generation of lenses of the Leica M system and was produced from 1973 to 1987.
It is based on the predecessor model, but has a different optical design and a new, lighter lens barrel and revised mechanics. The optical performance is very good and even today the lens impresses with its performance on current digital Leica M cameras.
A very less known fact is, that the last two batches were manufactured by Leitz Wetzlar. These lenses are hardly offered and finding one of these 2.100 pieces is a rare occasion.
The offered Tele-Elmarit-M 2,8/90mm is technically and cosmetically in very good to mint condition and will be delivered incl. lens hood and caps.
Total production: approx 2.100 “Made in Germany” (total approx. 19.500)
